Entrances, door glass, stairwells, landings, corridors, lifts and bin stores are cleaned to a checklist agreed for each building. Handrails, light switches and door handles are wiped on every visit. If we spot damage, broken lights or fly-tipping, we report it to you.

More than cleaning
The same contract can include window cleaning, grounds maintenance, reactive repairs and waste collections, so one team looks after the whole building.
