Bin stores and storage areas
Overflowing or dirty bin stores attract pests and complaints. Alongside collections, we clean bins and bin stores on a schedule and report any fly-tipping or damage to you, so the area stays tidy between collections.
One-off clearances
After an office move, a refurbishment or a clear-out, we arrange one-off clearances of furniture, equipment and junk, sorted for recycling where possible. The building is swept and left clear when we finish, and the waste paperwork is kept for your records.
Regular waste collections and one-off clearances can sit on the same contract as your cleaning, so bins, bin stores and clearances are all handled by one team.
