These terms apply to the cleaning, facility management and specialist cleaning services provided by Extreme Cleaning & Facilities ("Extreme", "we", "us") and to your use of this website. Please read them before you accept a quote. Where a separate written contract has been signed with you, that contract takes priority if it says something different.
1. About us
Extreme Cleaning & Facilities

2. Quotes
- A request through this website, by phone or by WhatsApp is not a booking. We will reply with a quote, and we may need to visit the site or see photos first.
- Quotes are based on the information and photos you give us. If the job turns out to be materially different (for example more rooms, more waste or contamination that was not visible), we will tell you and agree any change in price before we carry on.
- Unless it says otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days.
- Prices for consumers include VAT where it applies. Prices for businesses are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the current rate.
3. Making a booking
A contract is formed when you accept our quote in writing (including by email or WhatsApp) and we confirm the booking. For ongoing cleaning or facility management, the scope, frequency, response times and notice period are set out in the quote or service agreement.
4. Your right to cancel (consumers)
If you are a consumer and you book with us away from our premises (for example online, by phone or at your property), you can cancel within 14 days of the booking without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, tell us by email or phone.
- If you ask us to start work within the 14 days and then cancel, you will pay for the work done up to the time you tell us.
- If the work is completed within the 14 days at your request, the right to cancel no longer applies.
- If you ask us to attend urgently to make a property safe or clean after an emergency, the right to cancel does not apply to that urgent work.
5. Cancelling or moving a booking
Outside the 14-day period above, please give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or move a one-off job. If you cancel with less notice, or we cannot get access when we arrive, we may charge for the time and costs we have already committed, which we will explain before charging.
6. What we need from you
- Safe access to the site at the agreed time, with water, power and lighting where needed.
- Information about any known hazards, including asbestos, sharps, chemicals, pests or structural damage, before we start.
- Clear instructions on anything that must not be removed or thrown away, especially on clearances. Items not identified to keep may be removed and disposed of as agreed in the quote.
- Any permissions we need from a landlord, managing agent or other owner.
7. How we carry out the work
- We carry out the work with reasonable care and skill, using trained staff and suitable equipment and products.
- We may stop or delay work if conditions on site are unsafe, and we will tell you why.
- Waste is removed and disposed of by licensed carriers in line with the law, with waste transfer records kept.
- Some stains, damage and odours cannot be removed completely. Where we think this is likely, we will say so in the quote.
8. Payment
- For one-off jobs for consumers, payment is due on completion unless the quote says otherwise. We may ask for a deposit for larger jobs or clearances.
- For businesses, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- We may charge interest on late payments by businesses under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
9. If something is not right
Please tell us within 48 hours of the work being completed if you are not happy with it, with photos if you can. Where the work has not been done with reasonable care and skill, we will come back and put it right at no extra cost, or if that is not possible, give you an appropriate refund. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Our liability
- We hold public liability insurance and are responsible for loss or damage we cause through our negligence.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by existing defects, by unsafe items or conditions we were not told about, or for losses that were not foreseeable.
- For businesses, our total liability under a contract is limited to the price paid for the work in question, except where the law does not allow us to limit it.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. First-customer discount
The first-customer discount advertised on this website applies to new customers only, on their first job with us, once per customer, household or organisation. It must be claimed when you request your quote. It is taken off the quoted price, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with any other offer. We may withdraw or change the offer at any time, but this will not affect a quote already issued with the discount.
12. Complaints
If you have a complaint, email sales@extremegroupuk.com or call 01753 935935. We will acknowledge it within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
13. Using this website
- We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is for general information and is not a quote or an offer.
- The content, design, logo and photos on this website belong to us or our licensors. Some photos are illustrative. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

14. Personal information
We use personal information as described in our privacy notice.
15. General
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that job.
- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
