It depends on how busy the office is, and we offer daily, weekly or a custom schedule. Shared kitchens, washrooms and bins in a well-used office usually need attention more often than quiet meeting rooms. Many offices pair a regular clean with a periodic deep clean. We will suggest a schedule that suits your office once we understand how the space is used.

A regular office clean covers the areas your team uses every day. Desks and surfaces are wiped, kitchens and break areas cleaned, washrooms cleaned and restocked, floors vacuumed and mopped, bins emptied and recycling sorted, and meeting rooms reset. The exact list is agreed with you before we start, so the scope matches your office and the way it is used.

Yes. Early-morning, evening and weekend cleans are all available, so the office is clean and ready when your team arrives and nobody is working around a cleaner. We agree the cleaning times with you when we set up the contract and plan the visits around your working hours, including any days the office is closed.

Yes. Our cleaners bring the products and equipment needed to clean your office, so you do not need to buy or store anything for them. Washroom consumables can be supplied as well, and washrooms are restocked as part of each clean. Let us know if you have any preferences when we visit the site and agree the scope.

Wherever possible, yes. We keep the same cleaners on your site so they get to know your office, where things go and the standard you expect. That consistency means fewer things are missed and you are not explaining the job to someone new each week. One accountable team looks after your contract if anything needs to change.

Yes. Window cleaning and periodic deep cleans can be added to the same office cleaning contract, so one supplier looks after it all. Deep cleans can also be booked on request when you need one, for example before an inspection or after works. If you need maintenance too, facility management can sit on the same contract.
