Yes. We plan industrial cleans around your shifts, splitting the site into zones and agreeing timings so work carries on and downtime stays low. Areas can be cleaned between shifts, during quieter periods or at weekends. We agree the plan with you before we start, so your supervisors know where the cleaners will be and when.

We use ride-on scrubber-dryers and other machines for large floor areas. Machine scrubbing cleans big warehouse, production and loading floors far faster than hand mopping and leaves them dry enough to use again quickly. The equipment is chosen for each site based on the floor area and surface, and is planned in when we agree the scope.

Yes. High-level dust and racking cleans are part of our industrial service. Working at height is planned in advance, with the access equipment the job needs, so it is done safely and around your operations. Regular high-level cleaning stops dust building up on racking, beams and surfaces above the working area.

Yes. Spill and degrease cleans are part of our industrial cleaning service, for production areas, loading bays and workshop floors. These can be built into a regular schedule or booked when needed. Yes. Welfare areas and site offices are included, so one team can clean the whole site, from production floors and loading areas to welfare areas and site offices. Keeping it with one supplier means one schedule, one point of contact and one standard across the site, rather than separate contractors for the warehouse and the offices.

Yes. Waste removal can be included in an industrial clean, so debris and rubbish from the clean are taken away rather than left for your team. If you need regular waste collections or recycling across the site, our facility management team can arrange that as part of the same contract, giving you one supplier for cleaning and waste.

Each site is priced individually after we understand the job. The main factors are the floor area, how often you need cleaning, which areas are included, whether high-level or racking work is needed and the timings around your shifts. We visit the site, agree the scope and send a written price and schedule. New customers get 20% off their first job.
