Term-time cleaning and holiday deep cleans
Schools need term-time cleaning that happens after the pupils leave, and a deeper clean in the holidays when the building is empty. We plan both around the school calendar.

What term-time cleaning covers
Term-time cleaning covers classrooms, corridors, halls, toilets, staff rooms, kitchens and offices. Floors, desks, door handles, switches and other high-touch points are cleaned every day, and bins are emptied. The checklist is agreed with the school business manager before the first clean.
Holiday deep cleans
During the holidays we deep clean classrooms, scrub floors, clean carpets, wash windows and clean kitchens and toilets thoroughly, so the school starts each term clean. Holiday work is booked well in advance and planned around any building work.
Safe around children
Term-time cleaning happens outside teaching hours, products are stored safely, and the team follows the school's own rules for signing in and access. See our school cleaning page for more.
Academies and multi-site trusts
Trusts with several schools can put them all on one contract, with a checklist for each site and one point of contact. Our facility management service can add maintenance and compliance checks to the same contract.
Use the quote form or call 01753 935935 for a written price for term-time cleaning. New customers get 20% off their first job.
How a contract starts
Every contract for a school starts with a visit or a call. We look at the building, ask how it is used and when it is busy, and agree a checklist room by room. You get a written price, the start date and the name of your point of contact before the first clean. After the first few weeks we check in to make sure the checklist still matches the building, and adjust it if needed. If you are moving from another supplier, we plan the handover so there is no gap in cleaning.
Questions we are often asked
Customers usually ask whether we bring our own equipment and products, whether cleaning can happen outside working hours, and how quickly we can start. The answers are agreed with you in writing: what we supply, the times we clean and the start date. Call 01753 935935 if you would like to talk it through first.
Keeping the standard up
A good first week is easy; keeping the standard for months is what matters. Your point of contact checks the work, listens to feedback from your staff and updates the checklist when the way the building is used changes. If something is missed, tell us and we put it right on the next visit.
Contracts for a school can start small, with one site or a few rooms, and grow as you see the results. New customers get 20% off their first job, and every price is confirmed in writing before we begin.
If you would like to see how we work before committing to a contract, book a one-off clean first and judge the result for yourself.
Planning around the school year
Schools are busiest at the start of each term and on event days. We plan extra cleans around open evenings, exams and sports days, and agree access and key-holding arrangements with the site manager.
