Contract cleans run daily or weekly on a schedule you agree, and one-off cleans are booked around you. Cleaning can also sit alongside facility management and extreme cleaning, so one supplier and one accountable team can look after the whole building.

Every site is priced individually, so we do not publish set prices. The cost depends on the size of the site, how often you need us and what is included in each clean. After a quick call or site visit you get a written price and schedule, with nothing hidden. New customers get 20% off their first job, taken off the written quote.

Yes. Early-morning, evening and weekend cleans are all available, so the building is ready when your staff or customers arrive. Contract cleans run on a schedule you agree, and one-off cleans are booked around you. Tell us your opening hours when you ask for a quote and we will plan the cleaning times around them, with as little disruption to your day as possible.

Yes. As well as daily and weekly contract cleaning, we do one-off deep cleans, after-builders cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans and window cleans. A one-off clean can also lead into a regular contract if you want the site kept to that standard afterwards.

We call you back within working hours to talk the job through. The online form takes about a minute and you receive a reference number and an email confirmation. For contract cleaning we then visit the site, agree the scope and answer your questions before sending a written price and schedule. Once you are happy, one accountable team starts work and reports what was done.

Wherever possible, yes. Contract cleans are run with the same team on your site wherever we can, so the cleaners get to know the building, your routines and the standard you expect. One accountable team looks after your contract, so you always know who to speak to if anything needs changing, from the schedule to the scope of the clean.

Urgent jobs such as fire and flood clean-ups, biohazards and other specialist work are handled by our extreme cleaning team, while everyday cleaning is booked during office hours, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
