Cleaning for landlords and letting agents
Landlords and letting agents need properties turned round quickly between tenancies, and shared areas kept clean while tenants live there. We handle both, from one-bedroom flats to whole blocks.

What we do for landlords and letting agents
End of tenancy cleaning gets a property ready for the check-out inspection and the next tenant. Carpet cleaning can be added to the same visit. Communal area cleaning keeps entrances, stairwells and bin stores clean in blocks of flats.
When a property is left in poor condition
If a tenant has left a property full of belongings or in very poor condition, our house clearance and void property cleaning teams clear it and clean it so it can be let again.
One supplier for your portfolio
Landlords and letting agents with several properties can book every clean on the same terms, with one point of contact. Our reactive repairs service can fix small faults found during a clean.
See our end of tenancy cleaning cost guide, or use the quote form. New customers get 20% off their first job.
How a contract starts
Every contract for landlords and letting agents starts with a visit or a call. We look at the building, ask how it is used and when it is busy, and agree a checklist room by room. You get a written price, the start date and the name of your point of contact before the first clean. After the first few weeks we check in to make sure the checklist still matches the building, and adjust it if needed. If you are moving from another supplier, we plan the handover so there is no gap in cleaning.
Questions we are often asked
Customers usually ask whether we bring our own equipment and products, whether cleaning can happen outside working hours, and how quickly we can start. The answers are agreed with you in writing: what we supply, the times we clean and the start date. Call 01753 935935 if you would like to talk it through first.
Keeping the standard up
A good first week is easy; keeping the standard for months is what matters. Your point of contact checks the work, listens to feedback from your staff and updates the checklist when the way the building is used changes. If something is missed, tell us and we put it right on the next visit.
Contracts for landlords and letting agents can start small, with one site or a few rooms, and grow as you see the results. New customers get 20% off their first job, and every price is confirmed in writing before we begin.
If you would like to see how we work before committing to a contract, book a one-off clean first and judge the result for yourself.
