Office cleaning cost depends on your office and what you need, so no honest company can give one price for every business. This guide explains what we look at when we price office cleaning, so you can compare quotes properly.
What affects office cleaning cost
The size of the office. Floor area, the number of desks, meeting rooms, kitchens and washrooms set the base of the price.
How often you need us. Daily cleaning costs more each week than a weekly clean, but each visit is quicker because the office never gets dirty. Many offices mix daily touch-ups with a weekly full clean.
What is cleaned. Bins, desks, floors, kitchens and washrooms are the core. Extras such as inside windows, high-level dusting, carpet cleaning and consumables add to the price.
When we clean. Early mornings, evenings and weekends all work. The time you choose can affect the price.
The condition at the start. If the office hasn't been cleaned properly for a while, a one-off deep clean first can make regular cleaning quicker and cheaper.
Regular contract or one-off clean
A regular contract gives you a fixed price for an agreed checklist. A one-off clean is priced as a single job. Both are confirmed in writing before we start.
How to get an exact price
Use the quote form on this page or call 01753 935935. For regular contracts we can visit the office before quoting. See our office cleaning page for what is included. New customers get 20% off their first job.
How to keep the cost down
Keep desks clear, agree a checklist that matches how the office is really used, and put extras on a less frequent schedule. We will suggest where you can save.
