Yes. Retail cleans are scheduled to finish before opening time, so the shop floor, fitting rooms and glass are ready when your doors open. Cleans usually run daily, early in the morning or after closing, depending on your trading hours. We agree the times with you when we set up the contract and plan around any late openings.

Retail cleaning covers the shop floor and the areas behind it. That includes shop floors, fitting rooms and counters, glass, mirrors and shopfronts, washrooms and staff areas, back-of-house and stockrooms, and bins and recycling. We agree the scope for each store, so busy areas get the attention they need and the clean fits the way your shop trades.

Yes. If you run several stores, one contract can cover them all, with one point of contact and one standard across every site. Each store still gets a schedule that suits its own opening hours and layout. We cover London and the South East and as far as Manchester, Leeds, Cardiff and Exeter, so groups of stores can be looked after together.

Yes. Glass, mirrors and shopfronts can be included in your retail clean, so the first thing customers see is clean. Signage and external glass can also be cleaned by our window cleaning team, including upper floors with water-fed poles, either on a regular round or as a one-off. Both can sit on the same contract.

Yes. Reactive cleans after spills are available alongside your scheduled cleaning, so a spill on the shop floor does not have to wait until the next visit. Each store is priced individually, so we do not publish set prices. The cost depends on the size of the shop, how often it is cleaned, what is included, such as fitting rooms, stockrooms and shopfronts, and how many stores are on the contract. You receive a written price and schedule after we look at the site. New customers get 20% off the first job.

Yes. Back-of-house areas, stockrooms, staff areas and washrooms are part of our retail cleaning service, not just the shop floor customers see. Keeping these areas clean matters for your team and for health and safety. We include them in the agreed scope and schedule them so they do not get in the way of deliveries or trading.
