We clean upper-floor windows from the ground using water-fed poles, where the building allows. The poles reach the upper floors without ladders, so there is less disruption around the building. If a building cannot be reached this way, we will tell you when we look at the site and talk through the options before pricing the job.

Yes. Internal glass and partitions can be included alongside external windows, so the glass is clean on both sides. Inside and outside can be cleaned on the same visit or on separate schedules, depending on how quickly each side gets dirty. Let us know which windows and partitions you want cleaned inside when you ask for a quote.

Most commercial sites choose a monthly or quarterly window clean. Shopfronts and entrances, which customers see every day, often need more frequent cleaning than upper floors. We also do one-off cleans, for example before an event or after building work. We will suggest a schedule that suits your building when we price the job.

Yes. Frames and sills are cleaned along with the glass, and shopfronts and signage can be included too. Clean glass with dirty frames still looks neglected, so we treat the whole window. Tell us about any signage or glazed areas you want included when you ask for a quote and we will add them to the scope.

Yes. Window cleaning can join your office or retail cleaning contract, so one supplier and one schedule cover both. Regular window rounds are planned alongside your other cleaning, and you deal with one accountable team. If you also need maintenance, facility management can sit on the same contract.

Yes. We do one-off window cleans as well as regular monthly or quarterly rounds. A one-off clean is useful after building work, before an event, a sale or an inspection, or to see the standard before you commit to a contract. Window cleaning is priced individually for each building, so we do not publish set prices. The cost depends on the number of windows and floors, access, whether you want inside and outside cleaned, and how often. You receive a written price after we have the details. New customers get 20% off their first job, applied to the written quote.
