We clear furniture and waste, deep clean every room, descale kitchens and bathrooms, and carry out pest and odour treatment and sharps checks where needed. You receive before and after photos, and repairs can be arranged through our facility management team.

Usually, yes. In most cases we can clear the furniture and waste and complete the deep clean in a single visit. Bigger clearances, or properties left in a poor condition, may need more than one day. The turnaround is agreed with you before the work starts, so you know when the property will be ready for the next step.

If you manage a number of properties, we can take on voids as they come up, so each one is cleared and cleaned without you having to arrange a new supplier every time. Every property comes with before and after photos.

Because cleaning, clearance and repairs come from the same team, you have one supplier to deal with for the whole void, rather than coordinating separate contractors. Tell us what repairs are needed when you book, and we can plan them alongside the clearance and clean.

We deal with both as part of the job when needed. Our team carries out sharps checks where there is a risk of needles, and pest and odour treatment if the property needs it. If you already know about needles, pests or contamination, mention it when you book so the right equipment and treatment are planned in from the start.
