Yes. Winter gritting is available on request as part of your grounds contract. It helps keep car parks and paths safe for staff and visitors in icy weather. Let us know when you request a quote, and it will be included in your schedule for the winter months.

Yes. Leaf clearance in autumn is part of the grounds service, along with keeping paths and car parks swept. Clearing leaves keeps external areas tidy and reduces slippery surfaces for people walking to and from the building. It is built into your seasonal schedule, so you do not need to book it separately.

Yes. Grounds can sit on the same contract as cleaning and maintenance, so one team looks after the building and the outside areas. That means one point of contact, one contract and one invoice. Grounds maintenance runs as part of our facility management service, and waste collections can be added as well.

Where possible, yes. We aim to keep the same team on your site, so they get to know the grounds, the layout and what needs doing in each season. That consistency helps keep standards steady from visit to visit, and you have one point of contact for any changes to the schedule.

Grounds maintenance is priced individually, so we do not publish set prices. The cost depends on the size of the grounds, what needs doing and how often visits are needed through the year. Our grounds service suits business parks, schools and housing, covering car parks, paths and planting. Each schedule is set around the site, so a business park with large car parks gets a different plan from a school or housing development. We cover London, the South East and as far as Manchester, Leeds, Cardiff and Exeter from our Slough base.
