Each room has its own documented routine and colour-coded equipment, and cleans are carried out outside clinic hours so they do not disrupt patients or appointments.

We use colour-coded cloths, mops and buckets for each area, and equipment never moves between areas. A clinical room, a washroom and a waiting room each have their own kit. Every room also has a documented cleaning routine, so the same steps are followed every time, whichever cleaner is on site.

Yes. We document each room's cleaning routine, so records are ready for an inspection or audit. You can show what is cleaned, how and how often, rather than relying on memory. The routines are agreed with you when the contract is set up and updated if your rooms or services change.

Yes. Healthcare cleans are carried out outside clinic hours, in the evening, early morning or at weekends, so patients and staff are not disturbed and rooms are ready for the first appointment. We agree the timings with the practice manager when the contract is set up and plan around any extended opening hours.

Yes. Deep cleans and decontamination cleans are available as one-off jobs as well as part of a regular contract. Each practice is priced individually, so we do not publish set prices. The price depends on the size of the premises, the number and type of rooms, how often they are cleaned and what each routine includes. After a site visit you receive a written price and schedule. New customers get 20% off their first job, applied to the written quote.
